It is a great place to train friendly to all ages would highly recommend it. Thank you for all your years of hard work to get our son to where and who he is today ."

"I've been training with them for 11 and a half years now and have loved every second of it. I am 19 now and not only am I pushed in my training to become better within myself, they are also training me to be an instructor. I have helped teach alongside the head instructors for 10 years now and I feel great pride when I see the younger students I have helped succeed. the skills and confidence it has given me has helped me in work placements and helping out at my secondary school. Can not fault them one bit, as they involve the families of the students as much as the students themselves!!"
Courtney Howard

"Our son started at Adrenaline Martial Arts when he was 6 years old (he is now 14!). He has got his Second dan and now he is training 6 year olds! During his time there, he has grown in confidence and has developed new friendship groups. He attends twice a week and always comes out of class with a smile on his face. All the instructors are supportive. A great way for our teenager to remain fit and disciplined."

"Well what can I say....Amazing!!! Let me tell you about our journey with Adrenaline Martial Arts, our daughter Emily started her journey when she was 6yrs old and will be 16 in February, she was very shy and lacked confidence due to continued bullying, she took to karate like a duck to water, she absolutely loves it, we found the instructors very helpful and understanding and made her feel very relaxed and good about herself to the point of going from training once a week to 4,5 times a week, she has achieved her 2nd degree black belt in sport karate heading for her 3rd degree and 1st degree in shotokan, We are so very proud of her in her achievement and continues to grow, an inspiration all achieved because of Adrenaline Martial Arts and the fantastic team of instructors!"

Yes. The purpose of the trial lesson is for you to find a martial art style and a school that you’ll love.
In almost all cases, people choose the school they try first but if for whatever reason you would like to try another school, simply book another lesson through this website in the same way as you did with the first school.
